This is actually the most risky way to get into multifamily that I now know and see from experience. 

So I want this to be a learning experience.

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.

I would like to purchase soon and the properties that I find will be vetted by the group of investors that have 20 years of experience.  

I have some experience investing in my local market but I am new to the US real estate market and am focusing on investments that offer a strong ROI.I am considering various types of properties and I am particularly interested in mid-low priced properties.
