With many jobs being remote these days, people have more choice in where they want to live as opposed to where they need to live.

Also, please don't use people.

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.  

These forums are a great place to learn and meet people, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned investor.

A lot of what people consider wholesaling is contract assignment for a fee anyways.

The laws vary so much from state to state that it would be almost impossible for an organization to know it to the degree the people you are competing against do.
