The agreement they knew prior to moving in was that I pay the bills, and after properly splitting the bills, I add that onto schedulemyrent platform, and they can pay for that just like they are paying rent.

They need to be reasonably sure that the deal will close.I've seen a lot of sellers who have moved out of their house or made purchases based on the money they would be getting just to find out a day before closing that it wasn't going to happen.
