A friend of mine just changed provider to get a new iPhone on a contract, and I'm actually not impressed - it looks really nice, but for usability I actually prefer my XDA (although that could be something to do with spending a year picking out the perfect apps and customising my install of Windows Mobile).If you want 'the gadget', and like to look cool, I agree the iPhone is far sexier than my brick, though :)

Be cautious in multi unit situations as well, I have a 4-plex, and I know they all talk about me (not always positive), and I have 14 mobile homes in one community where I know that's all they do is talk (because most just sit around all day and hang out). 

I also own a small agency that helps with front end site development and cofounded an app that has 250 paid customers.I'm looking for any opportunity to solve any major pain points in this space using software.

How do I price out a mobile home park?

It seems like buying an entire marina could be great ... kind of like a mobile home park on the water, but I personally wouldn't like buying a water condo because you would be at the mercy of the association rules and fees.

Once they complete the app, the status should change to "completed."

Note I do not own mobile homes but have 4 rentals.  1.

So i'm in green valley (south of tucson) and considering multi family investing (leaning toward mobile home parks but open to options at this point)Can anyone give me an idea of what our narket is doing?
