If that truly is the case, why don't you just pay off your massive student loans with a portion of the million dollars?

There is so much regional demand even Mexico is building massive new high rise residential (self contained mini city) and medical tourist complexes walking distance to border (100 feet). 

Trading LA for Bay Area is not a massive difference as far as total historical profits.
