Shot in the dark - Big RE deal, low-bid on a podcast
Hello BP,
I was listening to a podcast (I believe it was recent, but could be wrong) about how a real estate investor won a big deal against multiple competitors with a low bid. Brandon and Josh said everyone should look it up, but I can't seem to recall the investor's name. As titled, this is a shot in the dark. Please give me a name, if anyone has it! I'm very curious about this story. I tried Warren Buffet - no dice there :-(
Thanks,
James
