Adjusting to a new city is hard enough without changing your standard of living.

There are streets where he bought that after sun down, there was no way anyone that didn't live in those neighbourhoods would be just passing through.

Where do you live? 

I think we’ll likely move that direction as tenant vetting, listing, showing property is going to be a challenge living out of state. 

I have done flips by just painting walls with a smoker that had lived there for 20+ years and it never really came out (we replaced the floors) and were still there. 

While I do live in suburbs and have kids today, I was more drawn to walkable, older suburbs and urban areas before kids (still am to a certain level).  

I'm new to the REI world, currently living in Elizabeth City, NC while working in Norfolk, VA as an active duty Sailor in the USN.

Do you know anyone who is interested in living in a bedroom in a mobile home?

Like I said in another response to this thread a really good TC will have a hand full of top producer be worth their weight in gold and make a VERY nice living for an in home job that comes to you with little to no over head.. 

I lived there from 2012-2020 and thanks to crime mapping I saw that the neighborhood was safer than others.
