These are expensive but if you are working with a management company that specializes in large properties they might have this service and can pull reports for you.But even the paid services are no substitute for good old-fashioned shoe leather.

Yup go to a local credit union or community bank.. a bank that is say less than 3 billion.. and preferably ones that are like 500 million..their charters are written to serve the immediate community... forget large national or semi national.. and be very leery of broker chains and those that promise things and want ANY up front money.

Worse, if the market crashes now their best case scenario is they buy now for the same price they could have bought for then, but they missed out on the investment return and tax benefits in the mean time.The overall economy at large is pretty strong right now in many areas.
