How can you do that safely as an individual?

I'm excited to join BP and start networking with like minded individuals where we can help each other become successful.

Right now my primary focus is on reading out to group of knowledgeable individuals in LI that I can work with once I get started.

Do not be in a hurry and sacrifice your house unless you really have a good deal to invest in and selling your house would not harm anybody else.  

I also sincerely appreciate having the opportunity to communicate with such helpful and knowledgeable individuals.

I am interested in becoming a landlord and not sure if it would benefit me to manage my properties under an LLC, individual, etc?  

Total taxes - $10,110  slightly different then pro formaInsurance:  on an individual basis, home owners for each unit is $70/month x 12 x 10 = $8400.  

Fact is that this has gone past real estate law because you were actually harmed.

I thought the pms is used to coordinate the pricing and calendars of all the sites and your website so that you don't have to individually update each one every time you get a new booking or want to dynamically change prices across all the sites?

A few ideas:1)You could freelance to help REI companies or individuals stand up their company websites in exchange for money and/or REI mentoring.2)You could stand up a "We buy houses for cash" type website, use some SEO and other developer tricks to drive traffic there, and use it as your primary marketing channel for lead generation.
