i have the addresses of both. i tried to research county clerk but they only let you search by block/lot. thanks for any input.

i do it on the cheap by using google earth to get the mailing address for both ends of the street plus the houses that i specifically want to market. then send them a handwritten letter. much more direct, much more cost efficient.
