I've just recently taken over managing my properties from a property manager only to find smoke alarms chirping and no furnace filters changed out.....ever.  

Is that accurate or were they just blowing smoke? 

You might also find that some people decide that they are far too busy and you might give them a number that is leaps and bounds higher than they could have ever imagined even if it is still a smoking deal for you.

Tattoo parlors, wig shops, hair salons, beauty supply, payday lenders, low end cellphone vendors, "smoke" stores, and so on. 

What if you come across a smoking hot 20 unit multi family apartment deal, but none of your buyers buy multi-families?

I felt like I was left in the dark.  

Filters, smoke detector batteries, remote control batteries, door lock batteries, refrigerator water filters, all things that we have the cleaning person replace on a schedule. 

Here is an example of an Air BnB rental that received damage to the linens, smoking inside, and tape and balloons all over the place that had to be removed.

Did it need updated smoke detectors and are you using 10 year life battery detectors or 9v battery operated?
