I believe there is a conference coming up in Austin, that is more geared towards city officials addressing STR concerns, so might be good insight as to what our city leaders are thinking and planning.

We recently contacted our guy from the seminar with a question we had and he did call us back, but also suggested for us to use the support number for the training site. 3 Hours later we got a call from someone else and suggested to set up a conference call with a coach.

I think it gets to their head that they can provide advice on everything.If you get sued, your defense can't be "my CPA told me not to get an LLC"Yes, there is extra forms and returns that need to be filed if you have LLC's and entities.

You can consolidate everything company in there, so everyone knows where things are at.If you have more than 4 people, maybe consider a meeting table and a chair (they can be used vs new) for everyone somewhere you can have meetings (your garage, your basement, a spare bedroom).That will give you a place to get together and focus when you believe you need to.Or maybe your group is more informal and will meet at the (best) Pizza place (in town), or just on conference calls.But still it seems like having one base of operations might be worth considering.Something for you guys to think about.Just my 2 cents.
