.- My wife and I owned a bakery business for about 5yrs that didn't work out (long story) and we had to file bankruptcy in 2016 to protect    ourselves.I'm hoping for some advise on the best move I can make right now. 

They try to do bankruptcy, but that only gives them 6-8 weeks of postponement and they can only do so many change of court dates before they are denied any further changes and have to go to court. 

My credit is garbage (had to do bankruptcy last year) and I only have access to $10K (assuming I can roll my 401k into an SDIRA.

Unless you have the assets to pay them, you're probably looking at personal bankruptcy.  

Is a prior bankruptcy OK?

So I bought a house using a first time homebuyer incentive through a bankruptcy auction. 

If you try to short cut the process of building wealth the only thing you will attain quickly is bankruptcy.    

Think about it . . . now the retail banks and investment banks are one in the same.AIG looks like it is in trouble and WaMU is as well . . . will they follow Lehman into bankruptcy or will they find some infusion of cash?

If person file bankruptcy what happens with his Tax liens & deeds ?

My concern with these (besides the size of the deals) is what happens if the tenant declare bankruptcy.
