Hi all - for those renting to section 8, where the term of the lease could start on a random date when you pass their inspection (say April 9), how do you set up terms of payment with the tenant once their portion is determined?

I'm a subscriber to PriceLabs as well but I see while it does help its really only as good as the guy/girl setting up the details.

I want to be understanding (despite some unwelcome commentary about my rental during a second tour that went on for nearly 1 hour after lease was signed...) and professional, but this sets me back to step one of finding a tenant while maintaining two mortgages/bills and outdoor spaces.

Never assume anything with a newbie. haha I have reviewed the bylaws and through my untrained eye I did not see a clear statement about the windows, just general statement about adjusting the exterior of the building, so I have requested additional information.
