My mom lives in a nice one but you will never see one on the market as a whole because they are built more like townhomes that share a wall or two (think a square divided into quarters that remain square) and are usually sold as individual townhomes.

Even the commercial - I don't see your amounts but even if wholely owned commercial is out of the question there are ways to get into a fractional ownership of the same type product.I'm sensing that for you it would be better to evaluate them in light of the following1.

Not only does this property have two mobile homes but raw land where my dad has his horses, and where he parks his horse trailers, tractors etc. in order to sell it we would have to sell the property as a whole. these rentals though in great shape and being updated would be classified as lower income properties.

I told him to go through his insurance as the tree was in good standing and I was never notified of a problem, as well as me clearing out the whole lot last spring and having pictures and proof that I did my maintenance.
