Hi Cindy,Each month there's a meeting, usually somewhere in the mid-cities area, on the last Wednesday of the month.  

What city is it?

Study and research most of cities/states now,it seems we are in seller market now?

Also, like @Matt Garboden mentioned, the outer portions of the city still have quite a bit of deals.

I'm in the hunt for my first rental property, but it is impossible to find anything in the Denver Market.I've been doing tons of research and I am leaning toward going the turn key route and buying a rental property, possibly in the Kansas City Market.

If you're located in Columbus, or Ohio I would love to hear about networking opportunities or resources specific to our city / state.Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Could be different in other cities though.

West Ogden is among the most heavily stigmatized neighborhoods in the city, but is not nearly as bad as people think.
