Get a second job on nights and weekends bartending, waiting tables, etc.

With a great company, the company will want to see what you are bringing to the table, if you are going to get hired with the attitude of what you are getting and everything is about you, the companies might not want to hire you.

You need to bring something else to the table to add value to the investor then just passion.

How would you make this a formal loan - Do you just write up a simple promissory note and attach a loan amortization table to it showing what the payments will be over the 5 years.
