I'd talk with local banks to see if they're the right fit.

I like the idea of cash-out refi's to take advantage of lower interest rates now if it fits into your overall strategy for those properties.  

Any advice about selling unique properties that do not fit into traditional market boxes?

You don’t want to develop systems that don’t fit I to the reality of your properties.

Not every investor fits in the same box.3 Speak about “why” Multifamily or your investment space.

However, after reviewing my goals for 2020 it seemed to be a better fit to just BRRRR it and keep it as my first rental property.

If so, go through the rest of your interview questions to see if their a good fit.  

The driveway fits 6 cars so I am thinking this is enough.
