I’ve been watching a lot of Podcast, youtube videos and have been reading books.

It's usually fused at around 1000A, and if you google it, there are some videos out there of the meter actually exploding due to loose lugs and such.

One of those close calls, during a drunk staring contest with a 1911, I had a very very intense moment of clarity;  I can always come back to this.

I recently watch a video on you tube where it seemed like a pretty common practice of creative financing.

But for now, I am learning all I can from BP podcasts and youtube videos, Flipping Junkie, and others on youtube.

My piece of advice would be to get more focused clarity on what your goals are an how you plan on achieving them.

I have the creative ideas on how I'd like to market, but do not have the experience creating Facebook business pages and ads, landing pages, creating videos or setting up 24hr recorded messages about my business, all ideas I'd like to implement.Any advice, support, or actual contacts would be greatly appreciated!!  

But I will hopefully have spme clarity after the real estate meeting tomorrow.
