Money can be made renting houses to travelling workers. 

My travels are either conferences out of town  or to the bank to initiate wire transfers.

I live in the DFW area and travel all over North Texas/LA/OK/AR for work so I have good exposure to different markets. 

I'm sure I could probably put one together in Excel but I"m sure that road has been traveled on before m.And the hypothetical questions up for discussion:- What is the best strategy if one expects negative interest rates to be here in the next 1-3 years ? 

My job requires travel so I make it about 50% of the time but I’ve been attending since 2009.
