What skills would you consider every investor should have?

For the last two years, I have led the planning and activation of over 100+ digital campaigns with goals varying from driving site traffic/conversions to general brand awareness with popular digital platforms such as The Trade Desk and Google’s DV360 & Youtube.

As well as which skilled professional might be able to assist with that.

@Sam TrulliIf you really want to be a successful real estate investor, stay in school and learn a trade. 

What skills do you have that would be of use to them - could be number crunching, driving for dollars, bird dogging, contractor skills, etc.

I want to park cash in a liquid REIT such as the TIAA-CREF REAL ESTATE SEC PREMIER.Can my LLC open an online trading account?

I would also recommend trading up. sell the property and use the 30K cash with some savings to get into a bigger and more exciting deal.

It was more of an accident than a skill level on my part that they stayed so long.
