Make sure you focus on brand quality and sustainability over how cheap it is.For example 2 different brands dent and ding and one is 70 bucks cheaper initially but is very inefficient and breaks down quickly and is a no name brand.

You want to always treat renters with respect, almost as guests in your home, which they really are, so if they made it far enough to pass ur other checks, and this is the only bump in signing, u can look like resonable guy, which starts the lease off on the right foot.
