Of course, if you are able to calmly explain your next steps with the owner of the firm ( ie that the gates of hell could soon be opening) I suspect they may cooperate in winding down the relationship and even amending any wrongful fees or charges.

Look for this to be coming after the first of the year.There is a post on facebook one of my facebook connections in LA posted about this guy ripping her rents as well. so I suspect this goes pretty deep for McKnutt..There is a lot of temptation in that industry I mean you get up to 200 to 500 houses and whats your gross cash flow... 140 to 350k a month into your account.. you can see were someone would just think well I will just take a few grand here and put it back when my next deal closes.. the ole rob peter to pay paul routine that lends most white color folks in Jail.like you hear from you if your required to be  a  RE broker in TN to be a PM...

The house is listed with an extremely attractive list price, and I suspect that it will go for well over list.Can anyone tells me if HUD receives multiple owner occupant offers will they initiate a counter to everyone (i.e., like Homepath does)?

I suspect that this will automatically arouse suspicion that I'm fishing for listings, which couldn't be further from the truth.My initial thought was to send out yellow letter/postcards saying that I was looking for a primary residence - this was so that people wouldn't think I was just going to submit a lowball offer as an investor but that I had a vested interest in the property.

Replace the current window with  a glass block window that gets mortared in sealing out water intrusionBut I suspect if you probably divert water from the outside it will solve the problem.
