We are in the process of setting up an LLC that will be funded by our IRA and one of the first things our attorney mentioned was the importance of not mixing anything personal with the IRA and that the biggest rule violation is travel expenses.  

I recently bought a duplex where the lower has some soot and smoke damage from the old fire.  

Perhaps you ought to focus on an area with highly recommended low cost property managers since you travel so much.

Luckily no one was hurt, but there was smoke damage throughout the entire unit.

When I travel around the world, I don't worry about the house, or garden or whatever.  

I thought this was a lofty goal, being that I still have to travel for about a month for work, finish up the training process for work, and save up for a down payment.  

I also love traveling.

We were talking with my in-laws (Brother and Sister) who live there about purchasing a duplex to live in at retirement to allow us to take equity from our primary homes to help fund retirement and travel like crazy.

Do you all allow for vapor cigs to be smoked in your or on your properties?
