The location for this next meeting is yet to be determined but should know by the end of the week.

Once the tenant moves in next week I should have about $1,500/month in positive cash flow between my 3 condos, plus I’ve created about 150k in equity with only putting 72k total cash invested so I’ve double my investment and earning solid cash flow.

This has happened to me for something else and finally weeks of shipment date changes turned into months and then it was too late for me to be able to use the item I needed.

A lot of properties would be still occupied by previous owners and/or tenants and you won’t be able to go in even after you get your deed recorded (about 6-8 weeks after you make full payment).

Some decent deals hang around in western markets right now for a few weeks.
