In the mean time, I removed the LP heater and the leased LP tanks, so there is no more gas used in the place (so the CO part of the alarm shouldn't be an issue) and installed a mini-split heat pump in its place.I hadn't heard anything from the tenant but, when they moved out last week, I saw that they had again disconnected the alarm in the bedroom.

Do the same with the hot water tank.4th look at all the cosmetic, painting, flooring, carpet,5th look at all the outlets see if they need to be grounded, see if they are two prong or three prong.

I think we (everyone who invests in real estate) should start or join a Think Tank (if that is what you call it) where everyone works to help everyone do their marketing, closing deal, analyzing, doing the math, etc..
