If I evaluate a property I look at many things like the community, class level, condition and several other things.

One luxury HOA community offering healthy oceanfront listings for sale and exceptional amenities while allowing 30+ day rentals is Salishan Coastal Lodge Resort in Lincoln City.

I am paying for that now.I will also do all of the other due diligence prior to investing - experience of the operator, referrals from those in my Community and network who have invested with the operator, responsiveness and other factors - but proof of effective communication will remain a priority for me.

When a loan is sold to a new servicer, the original lender can share borrower information to facilitate a smooth transition.

We've certainly experienced a fair share of new build/builder quality control issues.I do believe the long term has significant upsides but you know that already with your understanding of the mountain communities.
