I am looking for an opportunity to learn and grow my knowledge. 

Most of us don't grow up learning from our parents or in school how to "make money" nor how to solve our community's challenges.

I think there is more opportunity in those two areas for the multi family I also think that Pasco County is growing like crazy because of the lower price points, lower taxes and ease of getting back into Tampa on the Suncoast Psrkway

But on the other hand, if the schools are terrible, and they are, where is the qualified workforce that will continue to grow our economy supposed to come from?

RepeatIt was AFTER listening to his podcast last year that I started buying in Cleveland....I only have a couple of duplexes and an SFR out there......but I'm growing.

I am seriously considering growing my rental investment portfolio until we can quit working comfortably.

My plan at the moment is to get a unsecured line of credit for my business and start small, like flipping mobile homes and grow from there.
