Define "everyone"....are these real estate professionals or just random people?

My brother and cousin witness that random people are going in and out of the place.

Everything in the unit (floor to ceiling) was wiped down with vinegar/water and then I shocked the entire unit using an Ozone Generator. 

To my knowledge it is generating between $2,500 and $3,000 per month.  

I currently work full time as an air traffic controller and looking for opportunities to generate active and passive income through rental properties, flips, wholesales, etc.

Remember, the only reason you buy this class of house is to generate monthly cash flow and provide lower income families a decent to live.Rule #6:  Hire a Seasoned Property ManagerI think this one speaks for itself.
