Real estate takes a great deal of financial dedication, so starting young is always an advantage.

Now I am now dedicated to building my buy-hold portfolio of properties...still fully employed.Looking for: exchange of experiences and info, and expanding my rental portfolio.Cheers!

Do platforms that focus on short-term debt by taking a first position on the borrower's property need a mortgage brokers/lenders license?

My wife and I were real estate agents for a brief time several years ago so I know just enough to know I need to learn a whole lot more.I'm stoked about what the BP platform and community offers.

Additionally, with these goals in mind i currently have 5-10 (possibly more on some occasions) hours per week to dedicate to this business.
