You might want to agree to appoint a neutral to arbitrate any dispute.Also, if you think that you might want to own your piece through an individual LLC or trust someday, make sure that the language of your LLC agreement permits a transfer to a related entity whenever you want to do so.

It is less in the older homes as many of them were previously updated.Something that I like to do when researching Indianapolis (Marion County) homes is to do a permit history search for both the home in question and the homes in the immediate area.

Could you inform all tenants that the pet policy is subject to "service animals" and you are informing them that you cannot guarantee that in the future a present tenant, or new tenant may be permitted to use a  service animal in the building, that you comply with the law.

No, there's not an epidemic of people dying or being maimed on jobs.Yeah, you do require a permit to remodel a bathroom, but no, we generally don't get too bent out of shape if somebody does it without one.
