Introduction to bigger pockets

I just wanted to say hi and thanks for being here . Working on landing my first real estate deal . Thanks to bigger pockets I believe more in myself and ability to be successful in real estate. I currently live in Friday harbor  Washington . I am interested in helping my grandma develop her property in Burns, Oregon . Could anyone point me out to a BP podcast about developing raw ground .
