I've done my homework and narrowed down what i'm looking for and can afford.

While they have not changed legal ownership over to the lender/seller, they could - especially from the narrow point of view of seasoning - be considered "no longer held by the borrower".

Looking for B and C neighborhoods accessible to downtown.

Narrow your focus on "where" and then start marketing to property owners in the neighborhoods you like :)

In general, check out Keller Ink...good series of instructional books you can use for life...have you narrowed down your focus...I read about 60 books a year, so I can give you a long list, but it may not apply to your investing style...What are some of your goals?

from what I seen on pic the house is too narrow/small with no driveway , it's a single family with not much appeal that's mph
