Hello,

Im looking to invest in some multifamily properties is northern NJ and was hoping some investors could recommend some banks to look at. Please share your interest rates and terms you were able to get as well. Thank you

Hi @Argetim Ameti. Completely depends on the property, the equity you'll be putting into it, whether it is turnkey or you will have to do some work, whether you intend to flip or hold, etc. But I work with a lot of banks, depending on the terms of your deal I can give you a better idea of which ones might be best for you. I also work with an awesome broker I can refer you to.  But before you contact a bank, you really need to have a specific property in mind. I doubt anyone will even really give you any general info, they'll want project/property specifics.
