I'm young & broke so can a quick way to get money be wholesaling mobile homes?

I since have transitioned into mobile homes (no competition and different market) and I'm really leaning towards more rural town investing.

I am looking to refinance a home I own and have engaged a new lender, primarily because they quoted a much lower rate than the lender I typically work with.Opened a loan app with a lender in early February.  

Google always has pretty up to date images on the maps app/feature.I then take these addresses and put them in an excel spreadsheet and I typically do some research on the county tax assessor site.

And is this a manufactured home or a mobile home?

Hi All,Noob question here but hey - going to ask anyway.I've noticed a lot of the RE apps like trulia, realtor, etc took away crime information.

I have been looking for a mobile home park or large apartment complex for over a year and I haven't seen one yet that will cash flow properly.

I have to say that the state of disrepair/decrepitness ofthis crappy old mobile exceeded even my worst expectations :shock: Ican`t believe that a husband, wife, 4 kids and 3 dogs actually lived here up until just 5 weeks ago - it *looks* more like this mobile was abandoned and left to the elements more like 5 *years* ago, based on my brief walkthrough.
