If i compare price in Medium size city in India and in USA... buying single family house is half the price of buying condo there... and rent are more than double...!!

Add medium sized flowering bushes there, but keep them below window level.Also I'd like to see a cobblestone and pea-gravel path going straight from the porch to the street.

My plan would be to purchase small-medium sized distressed multifamily buildings that are in the path of progress and hold on to them for some cashflow.

It's more about the person consuming that information than the medium itself in my humble opinion.

The cost of a cleanup will of course depend on the extent of the contamination (depth and width), the kind of contamination and if it has impacted the groundwater. 

Not totally applicable to STR, but could come into play if its rented on a medium term basis.

However, in the medium-term I don't see that as a threat given the economic situation we are in.  

Finding a happy medium between someone stable, someone large enough to meet your needs, and someone with a great reputation is that sweet spot we all search for in all aspects of this business! 

Most of the sprayers can handle medium weight paints (interior and exterior, as well as stains.)

Short term (1-3 months) and medium term (3-12 months or so).
