If its a business you can give him notice that he can not have a business operating in your residential house.You also might ask him about his own medical insurance or ask him to get medical and liability insurance to protect himself.

I look at them as I would an atheist priest, a broke financial advisor or a doctor who smokes... none of them are logical, just as the non-investor agent is not (IMHO).I also wouldn't want an agent helping me to buy a house to live in if I learn they live in an apartment.
