@Shiloh Lundahl  I will let the note experts chime in here but I suspect most note buyers are not going to do cash out refi's to you.. and if they do they will want a massive discount.but throw them up on FCI exchange there are all sorts of newbs that don't know any better and might bite.

there is a massive basement, with a 15x15 area portioned off for w/d and small storage closets for all units. the rest of the basement has concrete floors in poor shape with the mechanicals.the electric is divide already, but from what I am told the electric company will only allow for one bill, rather than splitting it. it is a good school district as well.
