In the house that I hope to rent out to mid-term travelers there is a treadmill and I am thinking whether to keep it there.

The agent we had gave up so we know now we need to look for someone who isn't just going to list it and hope it rents.

Both moved in back in 1970s, so they are probably in their 70s of age now...Now, I understand that these tenants are "untouchable" in San Francisco, and your only hope is to wait until their pass (sorry to say that)..
