I have a local guy that can do it for around 8k, if the pool is accessible with his equipment.

I was still playing football of the Bison at the time asn was given the opportunity to work at a local bank in the mortgage division.

Ali have you looked to connect with local investors?

While that is in the works I’d like to reach out and start networking with locals and get in to the wholesale game.

If its local to me, I'll hire one of my kids friends to live there for awhile.... give them some food $$ and have them crash in the unit rent free for a few weeks.
