There are a lot of snake-oil salesmen out, there will sell you an LLC for funding, but you need to pay upfront not out of the funding and don't fall in the sales pitch that an LLC can get a loan it will not happen unless you have good personal credit and guarantee it.Joe Gore

Still, water is practically free there.For locks, use graphite lubrication, not something with oils that gel/gunk up when cold.

I have seen a lot oil field workers here go out and make $70K in a year and buy a new truck, 4 wheeler, camper trailer, etc.
