I have found a handyman that I am impressed with.

My impression is that they have now gotten too big too fast and are having trouble keeping up with their obligations to existing clients.

I think their underwriting is quite good, and overall I have been impressed by their level of professionalism.  

I discussed this with a local inspector last week when I had two of my properties inspected and they were under the impression that this increase would create more unlicensed properties in the city. 

Even if nothing comes from it, it will leave an impression and will make the next time you seem them a bit easier.Have fun!

I'm not so impressed with the Light Rail. 

After doing my research I must say, I am impressed.

From the feedback i keep receiving, i get the impression in could almost walk into the title company with the offer and details written in a napkin and, as long as its signed with an earnest money check, i can start closing. 

I am very impressed by collective knowledge of BP members and more importantly willingness to share and educate others.

I joined BP because I have been impressed with the quality of the content and the level of collaboration by members of the site.
