Hi Bigger Pocket Members I am a new member in the Bigger Pockets forum and have been educating myself through bigger pockets site from quite a while , this is my first post here so I apologize in advance if I may have missed something  .

You're gonna learn a ton on your first deal, and the best thing you can do to ensure your success the first time around is to retain flexibility.Partnering up with equity partners will prevent you from dealing with the holding costs associated with a HML as well as the impending maturity - 12 months can go by faster than you think. 

Bert responded 3 hours later saying that he apologize for leaving us hanging but that the rehab is done and they do have a deposit on it and its rented.
