What we paid for a property is completely irrelevant after the closing day....what matters is the current equity and the forecasted future returns relative to alternatives.Many investors use forecasted IRR and they frequently subject their EXISTING properties to their ACQUISITION criteria. 

Zero control over it, and seems like it’s not doing much to really secure my family’s future.

I only obtained my Georgia real estate license for my future investment properties. 

I think that area is drawing a lot of attention due to the future location of a face book corporate facility and the Toyota plant.

I think that house hacking is in my future.

Normally, you will not be charged for quotes and it will give you the opportunity to chat with each and see who you would like to do business in the future.
