I am fairly new to BP, and I am literally giddy to have found such a wealth of information, and people willing to share their knowledge and experience all in one place.

Dear BP members,After a while I have found a flat in Prague which suits my flipping idea.

I use tenantsbackgroundsearch.com and have found it to do a good job.

We have a property under contract in Acworth that is on septic and have found out that there may be a stipulation by the county that as homes are sold in this neighborhood they have to be converted.  

I had been looking for a home for myself to remodel, live in, and flip in a year and finally found one!

I realize there are particulars to each home but for a generally clean yet warm look, I (and the buyers) have found this combo to be really pleasing.  

I found financing, somewhat more costly in fees but okay. 

I used a quick google search and found rentometer and cragslist.

welcome @Gabby Rich, when i first came into REI i just read all i could online and at my library.However when i found BP it was a Godsend, there is so much information in the site.

I have two part time jobs and I'm saving money to invest.The thing is, and I'm glad I've finally found myself, that I love learning.
