We are thinking that the best route is to build a single family residence on one of the parcels , with placement considering future development, and create two assisted living facilities out of the existing rambles.  

I actually purchased two buildings using a 1031 exchange from a storage facility in Florida I sold.

I highly recommend it, as it functions as a bedroom community to Albany, has plenty of higher education facilities, and it's a cool spot to be.

To keep the space profitable we think designating a space to storage units or opening a restaurant/bar in one of the buildings may be ideal for monthly income.At this time we are contacting local organizations to see if they would be interested in having their events at this facility.

Now you are getting into a different arena that doesnt have to do with the sale of the property, but whether Mary has the right to actually sell the property.Transfers of property/assets need to be transferred 5 years prior to entry of a care facility.

Those options include; equity, mezzanine, hard money, SBA, USDA, HUD, and factoring along with some conventional financing.As of late, I've been focusing my attention on assisted living facilities, multi-family, auto repair, and day care centers.

Then go to a testing facility in Oregon, passes the test and get licence.
