This is extremely concerning to me as it should be as simple as a credit card refund.

I’ve found eXp to be extremely agent centric and I would definitely recommend it, especially during a time like this because the entire brokerage is cloud based!

Definitely need to know the area though, you can cross a street and be looking at extremely different values and levels of safety.

It is extremely normal to be a little scared in the beginning. 

Encouraging lending is very obviously an extremely high priority for this President, as it is for his main rival.Just pray that the coronavirus doesn't off both of 'em.

But for real...everyone in this thread is legit and extremely helpful.

Like some Class, A tenants could be hit extremely hard small business owners who no longer are getting revenue, class A or B tenants who have decent-paying jobs that industry basically shut down because of all this.

There is enough inventory out there or properties with issues not so extreme that you can find.
