Exact same property two weeks later except in sold it for 100k over what it was recorded as being sold for in the MLS.

Yet there are other tenants with office jobs who are not affected except the work is being conducted at home.My cost will increase no doubt, due to everyone staying home. 

I strongly encourage all of us to stay home most of the time except it is a must to get essentials things like food, drink etc.  

I'm sure there are exceptions, but that is typically what I see.

(except termites) Of course in a multi-family situation, that could be more complicated than the single family homes we have.

Close to Miami, I would say every strategy listed there in the book is viable as a relatively repeatable strategy with the exception of small multifamily.

@Jim Hartmann I work for Time Equities as my day job and we are currently looking at commercial paper across all asset classes (except hotels).

At once backed by the entire academic community, and at the same time with glaring real world exceptions.

I would have to do the works, few loads of dirt to bring property higher than road, septic tank,  survey for city,  trailer pad with 2 parking spots.. ( probably asphalt)..I do not have any other structures near me except 2 structures across the street. 1 was a trailer that was made into a house(looks nice) the other is a mobile home.
