Hey everyone, I created a Facebook page for, Agents, Lenders, Wholesalers, Buyers, Sellers, Flippers who are doing business in Wichita and the surrounding areas to connect.

Probably not a bad idea to run the next hypothetical deal by your bank and see in their eyes, which property would allow for the most leverage to be created for the next deal.Great problem to have, 2 good deals.

There are easy ways to accomplish the same things and provide the tenants with an incentive, without creating the liabilities.* And of course one of the biggest benefits for the owner/investor is that when doing the lease option, the tenant will be responsible for all utilities and maintenance.

I suspect property investing has created more rich than any other means.
