My father and I are getting into real estate after a year of doing paper learning(books, conferences, etc).

There are different levels that people will reach in education and investing and he is at the lower level, he does help a lot of people from going backwards, but to be a good investor you must also have offense and not just defense.

I am so excited to attend the Chicago REIA three day conference on November 17– 19.

Also, looking into building a process to track business expenses for real estate (travel, conference, gas, etcs).

We have a 9 private offices, a conference room, a showroom kitchen, a break kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, a lofted area and a 1,000 SF of open/flex space. 

It's the bases oversea that is really the open question especially if Donald Trump go through the accounting books in White House and ask himself why are we paying for the defense of rich countries like Germany. if they get closed, they will need to be relocated and Norfolk and Jacksonville are the most natural relocating base for all services.

Although not having any net worth might be the best defense in this case.

You can achieve a lot by being on the first page of Google, being a recommended channel on You Tube and speaking at events and conferences.

I also recommend the 4 day Ohio REIA conference in November ( OREIA) that has national speakers and attracts a national audience.

I believe there is a conference coming up in Austin, that is more geared towards city officials addressing STR concerns, so might be good insight as to what our city leaders are thinking and planning.
